Snare Drum, with Toes

I was playing the snare tonight at the Samba drumming. I think its proper Samba name is 'caixa'.

The toes are mine, or rather my DMs'.

The blip desperation continues, but I'm sure I'll get my appetite back. Some day.

Had a visit to the physio this morning; she reckons the arm pain is linked to the neck pain. I think I feel a song coming on. Anyhow, it appears to be nerve related rather than tennis elbow, which at least means I can continue with the tennis for the time being.
