Emma saves the day!

Team Mavis report:

Today we left at 8.30am to catch the bus so that we could explore further afield
Having arrived at the stop for Planai we took the cable car and then the chair lift to the top

We walked up and down the mountains and stopped for lunch on a plateau with wondeful views.

On the return, Mrs Soup managed to leave her walking poles at the top of the mountain near the chair lift. However it was not all bad as Emma, our guide, Jenny and Mrs Soup and myself got to have an extra ride on the chair lift to go and collect the poles, It was touch and go whether we would get back to the rest of the group who were already waiting on the bus, before it left. Thanks to Emma's 100 metre dash on the ice and snow she managed to get in a cable car two ahead of us and got to the bus in time to get the driver to wait.
