Finnish Marks

My parents were visiting Joensuu today and I returned to Puhos with them.

Finland changed it's currency from Mark to Euro in the beginning of 2002. At the time one Euro equalled about six Finnish Marks. Yesterday was the last chance to change your old Marks into Euros. This is a collage presenting the last set of coins and paper money in the old currency (not real money, just pictures ;)). My parents got it from my Mom's cousin today.

Oh yeah, Finland got a new president today...
