Kervilon Salad

The best. I have to admit to being a bit sceptical about the importance of organic veg in the past (spending the extra on organic/"happy" meat) as opposed to "happy" veg. I have now seen the light. Don't want to get on my Ecover Soap Box but organic/homegrown is definitely best.

Shame the waiting list for an allotment in Glasgow stands at 60. In Dunfermline, it was at 6 and it still took 4 years to get an allotment (ironically as soon as I moved to Glasgow). Ho hum...
