Misty start
Set off for my 12 hour shift this morning in thick fog, but the sun shining through it was gorgeous so my blip was an early one for a change. It was a slow quiet day that followed but i'm on a high. Firstly the estate agent rang with a viewing for tomorrow afternoon. (the recent offer i'd had was withdrawn which was very disappointing and i couldn't face airing it on here). Fingers crossed this time will be more successful, but i'm leaving it in the hands of fate (with a bit of help from some fresh flowers and a loaf of homemade bread courtesy of the breadmaker!)
Secondly, and more excitingly.....i did it...i pressed the button and i'm booked onto a new adventure. In a few months i'm off to Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda to cross the Masai Mara, hopefully catch the wildebeast migration, visit lake Nakuru national park to see white rhino and a million flamingos and then finally finish up visiting the mountain gorilla's in their natural jungle habitat. Once again i'm travelling alone, but if it's half the success as the last trip i'll be a very happy girl!! :-))
