Flippin' Mad

Dear Heart,
The Family Mad waited for me to come home before they had Pancake Day. I think all Pancake Days should be celebrated on a Sunday morning, with a cloudless sky and a whole day unfolding in front of you.
Pa taught each of us to flip pancakes, and I like to think I was a dab hand at it!
