Guarded - Glasgow 2012

This is a picture of an NCP car park located in Oswald street. There are lots of NCP car parks in Glasgow, some are actually quite nice. This one however, was built in the 1970's. It is quite simply grey. It towers above everything else in its proximity. It should have been sent back to the eastern bloc at the end of the cold war.
