Big Brother.

You'd think that this lamppost with all the attached cameras was positioned on Union Street; actually, all of these cameras point out to sea, watching only the movement of the sea and the ships at anchor. I think they used to form part of a University study on sand movement across Aberdeen beach; although the study has long since died a death.

Quiet at work today, but I had a drink at Kirsty's flat to look forward to later tonight; a couple of glasses of Sauvignon Blanc and some good conversation. Kirsty's cats, Violet and Walter, always provide amusement too. Early morning for me tomorrow, meeting Mum and Dad in Edinburgh for a touristy day at the zoo - I can't wait! Bed for me just now...
