Temperatures Have Arrived!

Well our car was certainly being optimistic this afternoon, but it was 25C.

Which made it just about right. About right to do very little.

Solved the problem of Rancho Gordo (the new house) looking like a trailer. (It's really not a trailer, but some previous owner obviously like double wides and made this house look just like one, inside and out. Trailer kitchen exits the back door next week).

The problem is this - all trailers (mobile homes - not caravans) have a skirting going round the bottom. As this house is off grade house, someone has trimmed that skirting exactly as a trailer would be done. After the kitchen is done, and on a spare day I will be ripping off all the skirting and replacing with some lower layers of vinyl siding.
