Disappearing Fog

After another long arduous night shift (mmmmm ed), I headed back over the water to the Ferry con be confronted with another magical bank of fog. As there was not a hint of it over in Fife, I knew that it would not last long so it was, once again out with the camera and down to the harbour to see what I could get.

Set up the tripod with the bridge semi-covered in fog - when I was ready to shoot the bridge was gone....Got Chatting to sone neighbours when the fog lifted - A little to fast for my liking and then got this shot. Not as dramatic as I would have liked but certainly summed up the morning for me.

Headed home ....... and by the time I had got the image onto the computer the sun had now gone and it was raining!!

Well as a once famous Glaswegian Comedian once said...."If you don't like the Scottish weather...just hang about for 20 minutes."

Oh how true!
