Yellow
My garden is lacking in spring colour at the moment. Apart from a solitary daffodil. I love yellow - it's such a cheery colour.
So this is a belated St David's day flower for all my Welsh friends.
In a previous life I worked at a well known scottish steelworks. We had a proud history of hard work and achievement only spoiled by politics and poor government decisions. Whenever Scotland played Wales at Murrayfield our colleagues from Port Talbot would arrange 'essential' meetings to be held at Ravenscraig. The meeting venue mysteriously changed to Wales when Scotland were playing Wales away.
Edinburgh has a proud Rugby tradition - pity the results at the moment are pityful!
