Morning walk

Lovely walk this morning around the field with a few sheep and lambs for company. And then it was off to the SMART clinic in Swansea for Harvey's appointment. All good news - he's making progress and has some more exercises to do each day.

We're all shattered now, slobbing out on the sofa, watching rubbish tv. Well I am - the boys are asleep.
