More birds.

Decided to walk around the wee loch on the way to FVR this morning, and there was blue sky - hurrah! Got pictures of 3 different birds, this wee coot, a lovely pair of herons and a tufted duck, although he's a beautiful creature, the picture didn't turn out well.

The blue sky seemed to set me up for the day, my morning consisted of a string of really lovely patients, impressing my supervisor, staff discount at the hospital starbucks (took the edge off a very expensive skinny macchiato!) and a nice 12.30 finish, followed by a chilled afternoon, a really good game of squash with the boy and some well earned fish and chips (which hopefully won't ruin the diet!)
