A Snapshot a Day

Ragu Bolognese



We're having people over for english-style lasagne tomorrow. I started making the ragu sauce today, but won't mention what's in it in case people cancel on me!!!! It's now bubbling away for a couple of hours in the oven.

That's my bit done. Tomorrow Tom Jackson takes over, makes the béchamel and puts it all together.

Can't wait!
