A hot dog

Developing a bit of a theme here....okay another hot day, painting railings in Andalucia! I should not be surprised about the heat but it is now 7.30pm and I am waiting for the sun to move round so that I can continue my next section.

The black oxide paint I am using just seems to turn to custard in this heat, especially on the swirly bits. Have I mentioned how annoying they are...

Anyhow - work today started early and by 11am we were all melting - including Tara here. Carlos called her over for a quick shower and she loved it. He was telling me - in French (!) - that he took the three dogs down to the Rio yesterday evening for an ice cold dip.

Okay - I see shadows....I'm off!
