Inspiration

This is Lisa Heinzerling, a professor of law and impressive activist lawyer, responsible for the decision that made greenhouse gases a pollutant subject to regulation by the Clean Air Act. Unfortunately, she was there to tell us the many obstacles in the path to getting further toward regulation. I'm at the Public Interest and Environmental Law conference in Eugene, celebrating its 30th year. I was there in the first year. Now I'm there to scout for jobs or at least causes to devote myself to in my unemployment. I got a little PTSD being on that campus where I went to law school. College and law school contribute to all my bad dreams, the ones where you have a final, for a class you haven't been too all semester, and you can't find the place where the test is held.

Law school teachs,
maybe wrong tools.
