On the last day of the Eisteddfod we watched our daughter win the trophy for Chamber Music with her string trio the Glissando Girls who have played together for 7 years. They were awarded 91 marks playing Ernst von Dohnanyi.
Today's blip is in st Peter Port, in Upper Hauteville, alongside the Dorset Arms. Victor Hugo lived in this road for many years, and wrote some of his best works here such as Les Miserables and Toilers of the Sea.
