A Daddy's Privilege

This is the last of the birthday lego - J has loved lego this year and has spent some time carefully putting together his various boxes - this one needed assistance from Daddy - quite right too! R works long hours in the week and so this time with the kids at the weekend is valuable.

I haven't blipped for a while, a combination of not having my camera with me, I've either got a gym bag (yes, recently joined a health club), a handbag, or piles of kids school bags and lunch boxes! Of course I can always take a photo of us around the home - which I did today, but I'm not always inspired.

So, since I last blipped, we have had a visit from my Niece from Jersey (lovely), hosted our annual joint birthday party for J and C with the kids new friends (kids' new friends?) from school and and are half way through buying a house in St Albans. My oh my, how things have changed - we are buying a semi in the suburbs - ha ha ha how I would have mocked myself a few years ago! Next stop - a dog, well we're not ruling it out, we'll wait and see....
