Steamy tea...

Decided to steam the tea tonight... Not sure how well the food critics would think of the combo but (as I'm sure you can tell from this pic lol)... Rainbow trout in the bottom, carrots in the middle and purple sprouting broccoli in the top, accompanied with sweet potato mash!
