This week I've started to think about getting a bit fitter and have started jogging. Today I dug out our cross trainer and had a go on it, did a 4k stint in 15 minutes and then this 6k stint in 20 minutes, I am now feeling slightly stiff but it's all good. Now all I need to do is speed up a bit.
