Holdstone Down

A great ~20 mile walk today from Combe Martin along the coastal path to Hunter's Inn and back again. Having not done enough exercise over the winter I was amazed how walk/hill fit I still was. Superb weather, and the brief hail shower did nothing to dampen anyone's spirits.

The bed in the holiday cottage was far to comfortable to make today's theme of 'dawn' appealing. Much nicer having an extra hour in bed. Tomorrow's theme of 'insects' may be ignored as it'll be a day taking photos of the coast.

I foolishly forgot to bring my compact down (it's still in my work bag) and I don't like the weight of the SLR on such a long walk. I took a couple of my iPhone, but ended up taking this on Paul's camera. Thankyou!
