Chocolate and Marshmallow Fudge

Dear Heart,
I finally got to see the Saint David's Day parade through Cardiff, and snapped a great many pictures of beaming freckled children and lovely old ladies playing their violins as they passed by. Siân gave me the daffodil from her bag and I pinned it to my lapel, wearing my Welsh-ness with pride! She, Hannah and I ate McDonald's fries on a bench on the high street and then visited the food stalls. I bought chocolate and marshmallow fudge in a brown paper bag, and managed to save some for Lucy.
It has been such a lovely day, and if it weren't for the photography challenge I'd have something much more exciting to show you than myself at five to midnight, on the stairs, halfway through watching Bend it Like Beckham with my housemates.
