Blue Iris with Raindrops

Today it is still cold, but we also have very heavy rain with sleet mixed in with the rain.

Last autumn I bought some mixed coloured dwarf Iris bulbs and until today there were only purple ones in bloom. Today despite the weather two blue ones were fully open. Today's blip shows raindrops gathering in one of the petals and this is in a tub on the veranda!
