Oh well

Home for the next couple of nights. Doing a two day "people confrontation" course, it's supposed to improve my skills for those difficult conversations that sometimes occur with the people that work for me.

This is actually the second part of the course and is a follow up to what I learned in the first part and is something the company initiated for supervisors. Oh well.
