Had a day out at the NEC at the Focus on Imaging photography exhibition today. We all went up as a family, which was nice to have Stephanie and Oliver there with me, but I know it isn't there thing at all. The place was heaving, absolutely full, loads of demonstrations going on, lots of very nice (read expensive) kit to look at.

One of the things that I think helped oil the wheels for Stephanie was that James and Ola Jordan from Strictly Come Dancing were there, having a bit of a dance about on the Olympus stand. We managed to nab a pretty good spot. No denying, they can dance, and they were very good with everyone, and Stephanie even got up on stage for a photograph with them both. Oliver was very good all day, which considering there was very little to keep a 4 year old boy amused was great, we were very pleased.

A good day had by all!
