Sunday Sweet

Fantastic day baking and cooking a lovely Sunday roast with Tony for his mum and stepdad David!! I'd never cooked profiteroles before today, and it took several attempts to get these looking and tasting right! Huge thanks to Tony, who has washed 4 sets of dishes today in an attempt to keep the kitchen normal looking!!

This had to be my picture today!! These are filled with a creme patisserie made from almond milk, which gave them a slight nutty flavour! Very nice, even if I do say so myself!!!
