Ike

This arrived in the post for me yesterday. It had been left with a neighbour, who brought it round this morning.

Ike Turner is an absolute favourite musician of mine. I discovered him when I was fairly young and remember being a bit put out when I read about him a bit more. Then I reconciled that it was ok idolise his music - it was not a comment on how I felt about the person.

Little did I realise then, the prevalence of talented and flawed characters in the world who also produce the most amazing things - in fact I am hard-pressed to think of any well-balanced genuises. Anyway, I soon got off my teenage-angsty high horse.
