Shaoshing

Dailyground and I have been fans of the Beeb's Chinese Food Made Easy and its rather edible presenter - Ching-He Huan.

Most of her recipes seem to involve Shaoshing rice wine, so it was a trip to the Chinese supermarket today to get the necessary.
