Faded Rose

After a day at Focus on Imaging I didn't want to do another picture of exhibition stands (and there are pictures of me on the Canon stand, which as a Nikon user are like getting pictures of a Jew in Mosque lol), so here is this one.

2 weeks ago bought some flowers in order to do some macro work, but never got around to it. Having then been away for a week as well, the flowers are now well past their 'bloom by date'. This is one of the roses.

I did a focus stack at f11 to keep the background well out of focus, and then some tone mapping to increase the aged effect.
