Turning Point

How Low Can You Go?

I still haven't ordered the things that I ought for work in the house to commence on the 19th. I've decided what I want but am now totally confused by the variation in prices between different suppliers, and don't know who to trust. It seems that I must devote a day to begging the above question and have faith that I'm not being ripped off. The plumber is not impressed - that is for sure.

Later
I met with friends near Kinross this morning. We talked about a lady who has been seriously injured in a horiffic road accident and whose life has changed forever. This serves as a reminder to keep my anxieties in perspective.

My next stop was St Andrews. A friend suggested that four of 'us girls' get together and create our own slimmers group - and not before time in my case. This may be the answer to what has become a big struggle for me. We're to meet once a week for inspiration and a weigh-in.

It's been beautiful outside with the sun shining for most of the day. I had a walk at the harbour and took this photo, before heading back to Dundee. On the way home I stopped off and finally ordered what is required to get our plumbing (and my life) functioning properly again.
