St David's Day 5k run, Bute Park, Cardiff

Today I ran my first ever race and first ever 5k. Very tiring especially as it poured with rain and was freezing cold!
I also raised some money for DiabetesUK while doing it. For managing to get round and finish I got a medal and a commemorative T-shirt.

Also, need to do far more training!
