Hertfordshire
This is Issy and Tony standing in the middle of a field for no other reason that it is there, it's a beautiful evening and we're in the countryside.
I drove up to Braughing (pronounced Braffing.... don't you just love the English language) after lunch. Issy and Tony joined me as well as Ian Powell. Paul and Anne Bryant joined us at Gravelly Barn where I have some photographs in an exhibition organised by the tireless Chris and Jane Davalle.
The main focus of the evening was a performance by Soul Kitchen, a local jazz ensemble, so we took a picnic and spent the evening gorging ourselves on Anne's Marmite pastries then dancing them off again.
A long way to go for a great night out, but worth it.
