Flower: Rose

A very productive day at work, and doing some technical stuff so really enjoyable and reminded me why I got into IT in the first place. I completely lost track of time, which I haven't done in the office for ages.

I'd seen some really good low-key photos of single flowers recently and thought I'd give it a go. Though I'm pleased with the result it doesn't fully match what I hoped for. I think it may have worked better with slightly less foliage. A lesson leaned for next time!

I also tried some high-key just to play and it really didn't work. The back-up shot of just the flower heads is on my BlipFolio..

The themes continue tomorrow with 'Egg'. A few ideas, and it'll be interesting to see if any of them work!
