Maple cone blend
In Quebec, spring means maple syrup. We have what we call "cabane à sucre" where you eat everything with maple syrup on it (ham, potato, beans, eggs, etc...). There are also, of course, the desserts made with maple syrup including the cone. Very sweet but it's only once year so.... why not!
