Today we escaped the city to go to a butterfly sanctuary 2 hours south of Mexico City. Every year there are millions of butterflies from Canada coming to spend the winter in Mexico and the place where they stay is just magical, a beautiful forest in the mountains. Also we travelled through the forest on horses which was supernice and the combination of the stunning image of the thousands of butterflies swirling around combined with the happyness I get from horse-riding gave me the absolute master-happy-face =)
