Phoned ra Cooncil Education Letting department to investigate the absence of janitorial services and hence a hall for Scouts last Friday, but experienced the 'call transferred between sections and then cut-off' ploy. Hrrmmph. They're not making this easy.

Residents Association after work; always a hoot. My neighbours are mainly concerned about faulty lifts, bad parking, gutter cleaning, tagging, littering and a clash of dates between the Queen's Jubilee celebrations and our next meeting. I'm tasked with writing to the Queen to ask her to move the Jubilee.
