Today is my 40th birthday.

I woke up and had an almond croissant and tea in bed and then I went on a expertly planned scavenger hunt and uncovered many presents from Stewart. My favorite one being an older painting of his that I have always loved.

We had lemon birthday cake later in the morning! And soon we are heading out into the world to wander around to continue the birthday fun.

It is a pleasure to be in Scotland for my 40th.
