I had to take lil guy for a routine appointment this morning. My blood boils and I find it very difficult not to speak to the ..... People who stand smoking in the doorway. I raise the issue with the hospital on most visits. If you ever read about smokers attacked with a water pistol outside a hospital it will be me!!
