Southwick Country Park in the Sunshine

Had the opticians this morning, all is well with the peepers!

On the way back the sun was out the bumble bees (aka my sunglasses) were on and I couldn't resist stopping off for a walk in the sunshine at Southwick Country Park.

Its where I do my parkrun on a Saturday, but today it was a walk and I went the opposite route to the run.

It was lovely and I noticed so many things I had not before when running.
