National Aquatic Centre

or more commonly known as 'The Water Cube'. I was back at the Bird's Nest Stadium for the Athletics Finals so made an effort to walk round to take some pics of this amazing building afterwards. It is such an eye-catching place, and if you asked me to choose between this and the Bird's Nest, I wouldn't be able to.

Another great night, exciting 4x400 relays, with two American Golds and compelling javelin and high-jump competitions, both of which were won by Europeans.
Mr Beckham was in the house, along with a few other GB VIPs and I'm hoping that Isherwood will post the picture of him that Jodie managed to get in complete paparazzi style!!!

It was then onto Sanlitun, after dropping a jet-lagged sister off at home, where we partied until the wee hours....
