Posh pie

I realised I hadn't blipped today so this is tonight's tea - Posh Cheese, Mushroom and Potato Pie - as the recipe called it. It is the first time I have made it. It was good but I think I might reduce the amount of potato next time. It's supposed to feed six but is for two of us so it will probably be tomorrow's and the day after's tea as well, if we are not sick of it by then.
