Dust everywhere

After a couple of days of clear blue skies in Bahrain, the weather changed and the air was filled with dust. The buildings in the distance were not far away, but could barely be seen. People who worked outdoors were wearing face masks for protection.

This is taken at an old fort that is being excavated. There is evidence of occupation here for 5000 years. The buildings in the background are modern Manama.
