I tried to focus into the body of the fly instead of the head or wings. Amazing patterns & colour. I reckon each pattern would be unique to that fly too!

Quite cold here, windy, some sunshine, but not enough to breathe a sigh of relief that Spring has come... it's so changeable! Tomorrow, destination Exeter (& it's meant to be raining) for shopping, lots of friends Birthday's coming up etc So sadly no shopping for myself!
