Blackberries

Have been watching Supersize V Superskinny on TV tonight and was tempted to publish a screen shot of oversized bodies to remind us all (me?) of what a huge problem obesity is for the UK. However, discretion is the better part of valour and so I've opted for a more palatable shot of blackberries to remind us all of what we should be eating.

Had a lovely massage to injured achilles tendon today and just the fact that I could stand it makes me realise how much it has recovered from last month's injury and also makes me take note that I could possibly get back out running again..
