Where the air is clearer

At home in the garden. We were meant to be in Anglesey visiting family this weekend but alas it was was not to be. Instead we whiled away the early morning hours of saturday in our local A & E. For a year now every time Lucas gets a cold he gets a respiratory infection and has needed steriods in the past. We have controlled it with an inhaler but this time he was struggling and the inhaler was not relieved his shortness of breath and wheezing. So A&E it was. Everytime they make you feel like neurotic parents, but they crossed the wrong woman! I am a nurse as well as a mother and I know when my child needs help, and when they finally get round to checking him they agree. Honestly if they just listened to mothers sometimes because their instincts relating to their children are always right. Anyway after that rant, Luke is doing ok now and we bought him a new car so hes happy. :) Glad the weather has perked up today, hope everyone is having a decent bank holiday weekend.
