Dear Heart,
After hours at the library I popped into town to meet my beautiful little sister. Chloe was off to see the goddess that is Florence and the Machine, and even this wonderful sweetshop couldn't temper my bitterness. We visited Ed's Diner (so 50s!) in town and sat in plush red chairs at the counter, drinking Coca Cola like something out of Grease. I wish I'd had a white cardigan and pink bubblegum to complete the effect.
