Rafting - The Sara and Bonnie Rock Excursion

Well this is the last picture my camera ever took before it met its fate in the Clackamas River. Yup just about a 1/2 hr. in to our float and I got flipped in some rapids. I made some mistakes by not attaching all my gear to the raft and forgetting a ziplock bag to keep things waterproof. I went in, my sunglasses went under, one of my flip flops went to the ocean but luckily my backpack floated. Unfortunately my camera didn't like the water. It is an old 3.2 megapixel Sony that treated me very well for close to 8 years. I guess it's time was up, seeing as it was literally falling apart prior to going in the dunk.

Oh. Sara and Bonnie hit every large rock in the river...they stayed upright the whole float. Yup. The river gods must have figured I needed a nice dip.
