Week of Focusing..

I have learnt sometimes we get to caught up in life when everything is Great for you..

For the past few months it's being a Whirl wind for me some bad, some good experiences.. From all this I have Risen like a Phoenix from Ashes..

This week is about reflecting back , and thanking the Most High for his Blessings. So here I am again at one of my many places, water does something to me just being here at one with myself feels great..Regrouping and remembering on your way up you treat people how you want to be treated because the media can tear you apart, as quickly as they Put you on a Pedestal. I leave you with this quote :

"Hiding" how you really feel and trying to make everyone happy doesn't make you nice, it just makes you a liar."
