Left Overs !!

Yep this is my lunch today left over
courgette gratin houmous
and salad. We had the courgette thingy
last night it was pretty good, and even
tastier today, sometimes left overs are
better the next day eh ??
It's a lovely day sunny dry and quite
mild after over night howling wind
and heavy rain.
I am for those who are interested still
clearing out the back bedroom, I have
two bags of rubbish ready for recycling
and one for the charity shop, I do feel
good now it's nearly finished.
