Strained

Ahhhhh!! Woke up this morning and could barely get out of bed, must've unconsciously strained a muscle at the expo yesterday carrying my suitcase around...

Oh the pain and constantly shots of reminders that I've got a sore back :(

A visit to the physio, some heat patches and a pain killer... I'm ready to call it a night, tonight i wish for a miracle to get healed by the time I wake up ;)
